Role guide and Dynamic Skills

Hello,

I'm a bit lost between the Job profile , the role/capability guide and Dynamic skills.

Basically I would like to creat role guides with specific skills and propagate them to worker using the filtered list.The I would like the manager to review these skills in "my team skills center"

Questions :

• Is it possible to assign skills to worker using role guide or do we have to assign skills to a job profile?
• Will the skills from the role guide appears in the Team Skills Center?
• Can I use my own skills ( currated in the skills library) or do I have to use only the skills from Dynamic skills?
