Trigger a notification for the workers if they don't clock in

Hi all,

Our client has a requirement to trigger a notification to the employees if they haven't clocked in 2 hours after their start time as per their scheduling.

I have already reviewed and followed the steps for the below documentation, but when I ran the process, no notification was triggered.

I was wondering if anyone has achieved this notification to be triggered when an employee doesn't clock in.
