Retroactive Accrual Update in Vacation Plan

Summary:

Hi, we have a requirement to update the Vacation Plan accrual from 0.83 to 1.0. Effective Date should be the Hire Date of the employees.
Please refer to the Row 1 of the Accrual Matrix below:

After saving the change, I ran the following processes however, the only the succeeding Periodic Accruals are showing the updated accrual.
- Withdraw Accruals and Balances Process
- Calculate Accruals and Balances Process
