How To delete the pending transactions in Inventory

How To delete the pending transactions in Inventory which is stuck with transaction process status a validated and error with negative inventory balance.
We want these to clear because this is duplicate transaction.

These transaction where created manually through oracle, when we try to delete it show this error message: You can't edit or delete the pending inventory transactions. Run the Manage Inventory Transactions scheduled process. (INV-2417022)

And we tried with running the ESS JOB Purge Inventory Transactions Interface Process, but it did not work.

Because of these transaction it showings negative inventory balance. which actually to present and not correct.
