Production Account is Locked Nightly post the IAM upgrade

My Production Account is Locked Nightly post the IAM upgrade. I do not have any jobs logging in. Account Dev1/UAT/and Now Production is locked nightly at 12am est. Every morning I have the accounts unlocked and go about my day no issues. Then every night accounts are locked again.

DO we have a Cause and resolution. This is a major impact to My Production Account and must be resolved asap. SR 4-0003378926 has been opened also for support.

Has anyone resolved this issue I see a good amount of posts in last month but no solutions.
