Historical ASL Records Not Removed from MSC_ITEM_SUPPLIERS After Load Planning Data from Flat Files

Summary:

We are loading ASL data through FBDI file using the "Load Planning Data from Flat Files" process with "targeted collections". Historical supplier-item relationships remain in MSC_ITEM_SUPPLIERS even when they are no longer present in the latest ASL extract file. These retained records appear to be contributing to SCC Relationship Candidate generation for supplier-item-organization combinations that have no current demand, supply, or active planning activity. We need confirmation whether this behavior is expected and guidance on performing a complete ASL refresh to remove obsolete records.


This record collected to plan inputs on 14-APR-2023 and since then it is there as stale record in plan inputs.
