Extract data on Multiple Learning Attempts

Hi,

We'd like to extract data on the number of attempts learners took to complete a course. Is this information available out of the box, or would we need to create a custom report using OTBI?

Additionally, I'd like to confirm that if we're using third-party SCORM content and the assessment is hosted within that third-party content, we won't be able to view the number of attempts. Is that correct?
