Create Accounting process stuck in "Running" status for 24 hours (Cost Accounting)

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a Create Accounting process (Create Accounting Execution Report) in Cost Accounting that has been stuck in "Running" status for over 24 hours (submitted 28/07, still running as of 29/07 morning), with no error and no completion.

Key details:

  • No other Create Accounting process is running concurrently for the same Legal Entity / Cost Organization
  • Other modules are running Create Accounting normally and completing quickly during the same window
  • This appears isolated to one specific Cost Organization

What we've checked so far:

  • No lock contention from other concurrent jobs on the same LE/Cost Org
  • Verifying Cost Processor completion status ("Fully Costed") for the period
