Covering Leave and Absence Scenarios through Time-off Assistant Agent

Leave and Absence (My Team) is not supported (agent cannot be copied and modified), as it was confirmed by Oracle through submitted SR.

They suggested to user Time-off Assistant Agent which is designed for Employee persona and configure it for Line Manager.

Has anyone tried configuring Time-off Assistant Agent to cover Line Manager's scenarios? Was it working well?

What is confusing is a complicated canva workflow which is very difficult to navigate and increased latency due to this complex structure.

Please advise.
