Unable to Search or View Communities in Oracle Learning – "No data to display"

Summary:
I'm experiencing an issue in Oracle Learning while accessing the Communities page.
Issue:
- I navigate to Communities.
- Enter a Community Title (or leave the search criteria broad).
- Click Search.
- The search returns "No data to display."
- No communities are displayed, and I am unable to search or access any existing communities.
