Project Attributes on Lease payment can not be updated for a particular Payment line. Either we should Amend the Lease to update  the Project attributes for future Payments or update the Project attributes at AP Invoice level later.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Checking, if there is any flexibility Oracle has provided to update Projects attributes for a Particular Payment Line sothat we can update that Payment Line only instead of amending whole lease.
