Templates not available

in Visual Builder

Summary:

Hi all,
We recently started working on a Visual Builder PAAS instance. But we we are seeing something weird, we can't select an application template. We only see Empty Application, and we can't click to change the template.

From the guides we saw, we should be able to see some other templates that we can select. How can we get those templates to show up?
