Achieving clearer outputs when prompting the ledger agent

Summary:

When interacting with the agent, it often defaults to putting outputs into sentences rather than tables, even when prompted. Drill-down/Roll-up functionality is not achievable.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Asking a simple prompt such as "compare opening balance for account '12345' for company '123' between period 1 and period 2 produces the following output.

In the adoption guide, there are screenshots provided that displays much clearer outputs for the end user to read and use. Another point here is the explicit use of drill-down/roll-up tables basis hierarchies, which we cannot replicate in our environment. After initiating which hierarchy to default to, the agent can identify accounts below parents but will not present them in the interactive/drill-down output. Further functionality demonstrated in the example output but absent from our ledger agent is the highlighting of rows when variance is high.
