UI differences between the adoption guide and current agent

In our agent, the ‘Catalog’ tab at the bottom; attachments in the prompt box; the dictation button and the settings tab on the right of ‘Monitoring Prompts’ are some functionalities absent. How do we activate these?

In our ledger agent, we do not see the catalog button, nor the settings button on the same row. Is this simply that the UI shown in the adoption guidance is from a future agent?
