Classic HRHD - Application error displayed while Creating and Accessing HR HD SRs

Summary:

Application error is displayed while creating and accessing HR Helpdesk SRs.

Issue is seen for Employees/managers/Agents - everyone.

NOTE: Initially, Issue occurred intermittently, Clearing browser Cache has helped remove the error. But the frequency appears to have increased now and clearing Browser cache makes no difference.

Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes, do we have any suggestions on how to resolve this.
