project template LOV is blank while creating award template

Hi,

when i try to create Award Template from manage award template in the project Template the lov is blank. Could you please suggest what could be the issue.

as a prerequisite i created the project template with the same Business unit, Org and LE and in project type i have enabled sponsored project checkbox.
