We are facing an issue while using the Project Budget API in Oracle Fusion Project Financial Management.

We are able to successfully create the first version of the project budget using the API. However, when we try to create a new Current Working budget version for the same project using the same API and payload structure, we receive the following error:

The import process couldn't be completed. Contact your help desk. (PJO-2205213)
