Post 26C upgrade, RAG Document tool throws error while uploading file

Issue: We are trying to create document tool post 26C whenever trying to upload document in file format (xlsx, CSV) it throwing error "Could Not Upload".

Our file size is within specified limit (2 MB).

Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Any workarounds would be greatly appreciated!!
