Hi All,

Greetings!

We have been observing below issue when the user is trying to add a new Document Record (DOR) -

This issue is showing up after 26B, but it is not clear if that issue is due to 26B patching.

What are the ways to find the root cause for this issue i.e. how do we find out which value for primary key is getting duplicated or so for DOR?

If anyone has any inputs for the same -please share the details.
