Miscellaneous Transaction BPM Rules to exclude WMS Transactions

We have a requirement to exclude Miscellaneous Transactions initiated from the Warehouse Management System (WMS). We want to trigger Approvals only initiated in the Fusion UI. Is anyone implemented this scenario? Ware the the BPM rules to achieve this?
