Quantity in Manage project cost to reflect in 2 decimal places

Summary:

Current Behavior: System displays quantities as whole numbers when there are no decimals (e.g., 5) but includes decimals when present (e.g., 5.5) Under Manage Project Costs screen.

Expected Behavior: All quantities should be formatted to a fixed two-decimal precision across the board (e.g., 5 should display as 5.00)

Please suggest if this precision is editable.
