Create Job Requisition AI Agent unable to refer uploaded documents

We have created a "Create Job Requisition" AI Agent to help the recruiters with Minimum and Maximum salary for a chosen JOB and LOCATION. We have uploaded simple xlsx table that has Job Codes, Country, Minimum and Maximum salary. But AI Agent is not able to refer the uploaded xlsx or pdf documents and answer back. It returns a responses like I’m sorry, I don’t have access to that information, None etc.
