All Reports Display Blank When Launched from OTM, but Run Successfully in BI Publisher

Hi All,

We are experiencing an issue where all reports launched from Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) open to a blank screen and never display the report content.

Observations:

  • The same reports execute successfully when opened directly in BI Publisher.
  • OTM logs show that the request is successfully sent to BI Publisher.
  • BI Publisher returns HTTP 200 OK along with the generated PDF (reportContentType=application/pdf), indicating that the report is generated successfully.
  • Despite this, the OTM UI remains on a blank report viewer and does not display the PDF.
