HCM Extract customer connect community

Hi All,

We have an HCM Extract (ADP Employee Extract) configured as a Changes Only extract. Status Flag 3 is currently derived in the eText template using the following attributes:

• Employee_Category
• Payroll_Name
• Tax_ID_Type
• Tax_ID_Number

The new requirement we have is to

• Return the Status Flag 3 value only when the derived current value differs from the derived old value.
• Return blank otherwise.

Can this be achieved using the etext template or do we need to create a FF to incorporate the changes . Also any guidance regarding how the previous values can be retrieved for comparison through a Fast formula is also helpful.
