Search capability is not available for Problem Reports under Quality Management

We are creating Problem Reports in Quality Management under Supply Chain Execution. PR is in redwood. and we need to search our problem reports using Search capabilities within Quality Management.
We observe that there is not search functionality available to search the created Problem Reports. We need to go to Product Management and search there.

Business prefers to search problem reports with in Quality management where they created them. Is it setup issue or search capability is not given in Quality. Any help is appreciated.
