Assigning self paced learning based on the completion of a separate course

Summary:

We're trying to set up automatic renewals where the renewal content is different from the content originally completed.

The requirement is that a learner completes item A (Course) as part of their induction and then after 2 years completes item B (Self Paced learning) as a refresher. They then continually renew B every 2 years.

Is it possible to assign Self Paced learning based on the completion of a separate course? S

We've tried using an analysis report as the audience criteria that pulls everyone who's completed the original course 2 years ago to assign the refresher piece but that didnt work. I think this may be because we're using the Workforce Learning subject area rather than Worker Assignments?
