Unable to Retrieve Order Release Reference Values and Planned Departure Local Time in Oracle Analyti

Summary:

I am creating a report in Oracle Analytics using OTM Transportation Intelligence data and have encountered a couple of issues.

I am unable to find some Order Release Reference Number values in Oracle Analytics, even though they are available in OTM. Could you please advise how to access or expose these Order Release reference values in Oracle Analytics?
only one reference value is appearing currently
When I add "Planned Departure - Local Time" from Shipment Stop Pickup Analysis → Shipment Stop Pickup Dimension to my report, I receive the attached error:

nQSError: 14025 - No fact table exists at the requested level of detail
