COD Response File Processing Issue Update

Oracle is addressing an issue that has been reported by several institutions that can affect the processing of very large COD response files. In some cases, a response file may process partially, leaving some disbursements in a “Sent to COD” status.

To address this, Oracle has:

  • Increased the relevant processing threshold to support response files containing up to 2,000 student records.
  • Validated the updated setting with previously affected files where those files processed successfully.
  • Begun planning deployment of this configuration update across customer environments.
    • IMPORTANT: The config change will be rolled out to all production environments overnight tonight 7/30, and non-production will follow early next week
