Consolidated extract report of Less Matched In Transit transactions for all profiles?

Please advise whether there is a standard feature, report, backend table, or any alternative solution available to extract all "Less Matched In Transit" transactions across all profiles and from both Source System and Sub System data sources in a single report or extract? Currently, ARCS only allows users to export Less Matched In Transit transactions at an individual profile level and separately for each data source, requiring significant manual effort. Additionally, could you explain how ARCS determines the Less Matched In Transit status, whether this information is stored in any backend tables, and if so, provide the relevant table names,
