Purchasing BPM Change Order rules tolerance for percent value changes within bands

Summary:

Our CO BPM rules go for manager approval then additional hierarchy approval depending on value (eg. 100,000 = Level 7 approver, 250,000 = level 8 approver etc).

  1. We would like to update our rules for PO change orders in BPM to consider a threshold of 5% and send for manager approval always & additional approval if over 5% CO value increase. The threshold should only be considered if it is within the approval banding (eg. 100,000-249,000 is a level 7 band)
How do we configure the rules consider this banding?
  2. We also, want the PO Value percentage to be cumulative since the last CO is approved.

Ie. If a PO CO1 is increased by 4%, only manager approval required & no further rules are considered as below 5%, if PO CO2 is increased by 4% - this needs manager & further approval as cumulatively the 2 COs have passed 5% since last approval.
