How to make BIC mandatory in Personal Payment Method

Hello,
we have the following requirement:

For all employees belonging to the Austria (AT) legal entity, the BIC field in the Personal Payment Method page must be mandatory. The IBAN field is already mandatory by default.

We tried to achieve this through Visual Builder Studio, but we couldn't find any field or property that allows us to set the BIC field as required.
Is there a standard way to make the BIC field mandatory for Austria? If so, could you please advise how this can be configured?
