Summary:

Production and lower environments are producing different results from the same data load process. After loading data in error to Production, we took a Production snapshot and loaded it to both lower environments. In testing, we updated the data load file to all zero balances; in both lower environments, the detail data was removed, but in Production, the detail data remained and only the amounts changed to zero. While this resolved the immediate issue, we need to determine why Production behaves differently, since the Data Load Mode and Data Integration appear to be the same across environments.
