Inventory AI Agent - Inventory Aging Advisor, shortage assistant is not visible to all the users

Hello all,

We have copied standard Inventory Aging Advisor AI Agent, created custom AI Agent, created guided journey and assigned the agent team code to the guided journey, in item quantities UI, we embedded the AI Agent Ask oracle Ribbon through guided journey configuration, added GJ to the UI through edit in visual builder.

Inventory Aging Advisor visible only to the user who created , no other users are able to see the AI Agent ribbon, we have assigned all the roles and privileges required based on the doc https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/fusion-ai/aiaqa/how-can-i-give-users-access-to-ai-agents.

Still we are unable to fix the issue, anyone faced the same issue please help
