Team Learning - Managers who are also Learning Specialists see all associates under Team Learning

Summary:

We are seeing that if a Manager of Others is also a Learning Specialist who can view all associates related to their Specialist role security/needs, when the Manager goes to My Team > Learning and Development > Team Learning that they see all associates under the "Reports: All reports" view, rather than just those in their hierarchy below them. We opened a case with support and were told this was expected, but it really takes away from that persons experience in managing their team versus other access they may have for Learning Specialist or Learning Reports activities.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or found a fix?
