I need assistance with a Transfer Order (TO) that was incorrectly created within the same inventory organization instead of being an inter-org transfer. Below is a detailed summary of the issue:

Transfer Order was mistakenly created within the same organization
While creating the TO, the source subinventory was not selected — only the destination subinventory was specified.

item is available only in one subinventory in this org. so source and destination subinventory are also same.

The order is now in “Shipped” status.
