Need to Hide some fields in VBS tool from Employee visibility

Hello Expertise,

We are having a requirement that we need to hide some fields on Talent profiles (Skills and Qualification page) from employee visibility, but we need those field to be visible to HR and Manager. We are trying to customize from VBS tool.

Let us take an employee who is a manager and a HR as well. If this employee access Skills and qualifications page from Me > Career and performance > Skills and qualification then he shouldn’t suppose to see those fields in his own talent profile. But if he access talent profile for his reports as a manager from My Team > Skills and qualifications (QA) or as a HR from My client groups > Profiles > Talent profile then he can be able to see those fields in other employee’s talent profile. Can this be possible from VBS? If yes,
