Unable to import multi currency transaction using "User" conversion rate type

Summary:

Hi folks,

As we are migrating Project expenditures, which also includes multi currency transaction; transaction in multiple currencies but project currency is single. While importing these costs as miscellaneous, getting "The transaction didn't pass budgetary control validation and has one or more errors." on checking further it has error "Missing currency conversion information on transaction".

Details:

While importing multi currency cost, using conversion rate type as user and providing conversion rate and date both but still getting into error. Attaching screenshot for reference.
