Notification when modifying the Planned Inbound shipments when exceeding the minimum quantity

we have the below requirement

When planners adjust planned inbound shipment quantities during inventory rebalancing, the system must enforce the minimum quantity defined by replenishment/order modifier rules. Planners should not be able to submit overrides that fall below this minimum unless an exception process is explicitly defined. The customer requires either a blocking validation or a real-time alert when an entered quantity is below the allowed minimum.

Could you give us the suggestion how do we have a work around for this ,currently the replenishment doesnot not notify it the planner job to validate it
