How to disable auto allocate stock for oldest sales order line item

in Inventory Management

Hi,
Is there a way to disable auto-allocation of stock to old Sales Orders?
For example, I have two existing Sales Orders for Paracetamol:

  • SO001: 3 boxes
  • SO002: 2 boxes

Previous stock: 0 boxes

Current restock: 7 boxes

New Sales Order received: 7 boxes

However, only 2 boxes are available to use because, upon checking, 5 boxes were automatically allocated to the two previous SOs. Is there a way to disable this auto-allocation so stock isn't automatically reserved for older SO?
