Filter in Learning alert for specific role

We have requirement regarding Learning Alerts. We need the ability to filter and trigger alerts for users with a specific role.

For example, in addition to notifying the Line Manager, the alert should also be sent to the respective Director based on their role in the organization.

Could you please advise whether this can be configured through Learning Alerts? If so, what setup or configuration would be required to achieve this?
