FCCS - IPM insights features to support the provided requirement

in Financial Consolidation and Close

We have a requirement in Insights to calculate a threshold value based on the previous 18 months actuals of data and a configured threshold percentage. After calculating the threshold, we need to compare the values of two selected months and determine the variance between them. If the variance exceeds the calculated 18-month threshold value, an insight should be generated; otherwise, no insight should be created. Can this requirement be achieved within the Insights framework in FCCS application?
