Absence plan balance adjustment goes beyond Negative Balance limit allowed

Summary:

Hi,

We have an absence plan configured to allow negative balances up to a maximum of 120 hours

However, when we make an adjustment directly in the absence plan of employees, we are able to adjust to an amount that makes the total hours go beyond minus 120 hours.

Employees are not allowed to submit an absence exceeding the limit as expected ('Insufficient balance enforcement' = Enabled).

So the absence types are okay; just the absence plan is problematic.
