Hope all is well with you.
When we created the Ledger Monitoring Prompt: "Intercompany payables account 800405 and receivables account 506205 balances are not offsetting to zero for a specific partner entity.", the insight card result returned different Alternate Parent Entity segments.
How do we use the query so that the Ledger Monitoring Prompt will return all relevant posting child level entity?
We have tried to use "All the Entity Values." in the query as values under it are posting child level entity. However, the system does not allow it with message indicated "Something went wrong"
