Mass update the Enrollment Start Date for Compensatory Absence Plans

Summary:

We need to mass update the Enrollment Start Date for 220 employees enrolled in Compensatory Absence Plans. The field is editable from Absence Records > Plan Participation. PersonAccrualPlanEnrollment HDL cannot be used because Oracle returns "Plan must have a plan type of accrual." Is there a recommended solution for updating Plan Participation enrollment dates for compensatory plans?
