Why Replenishment Plan recommends Planned Order even though there is an upcoming purchase Order

Summary:

Replenishment Plan is recommending planned order of 50 quantity even when we have an existing 100 quantity purchase order.

Fixed Lot Multiplier = 50

Purchase Order Due date is 13-August-2026

Replenishment Plan has monthly time buckets.

Is this happening because Replenishment Planning internally calculates Planned Orders in daily buckets?

Can adding a Natural Time Fence to items help with this issue or are there any other work arounds?
