We are currently evaluating the Oracle Fusion General Ledger Agent (AI Ledger Agent) and have a few questions regarding Insight Monitoring Prompts and Action History. We would appreciate your guidance and any best practices from Oracle or the community.

1. Action History / Retention Policy

We noticed that the Ledger Agent displays recent activities and monitoring results. We would like to understand:

  • How long is the action/activity history retained in the Ledger Agent?
  • Is there a predefined retention period for monitoring results and action history?
  • Can the retention period be configured by customers?
  • Once the retention period expires, are the historical results permanently removed or archived elsewhere?
