Authorization failed or requested resource not found – Unable to Access or Manage My Free Tier Compa

Dear Oracle Cloud Community,

I would appreciate your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with my Oracle Cloud Free Tier account.

Since recently, I have been been unable to perform any actions related to my compartment. I cannot access my compute instance, view billing information, or make any changes within my compartment. Every page that requires access to compartment resources fails to load.

Account Information:

  • Account Type: Oracle Cloud Free Tier
  • Domain Type: Free
  • Domain: Default Domain
  • Home Region: UK South (London)

The console displays the following error:

Couldn't load the data
Error Message: Authorization failed or requested resource not found.
