How can we load intercompany balancing rules in bulk via configuration package

How can we load intercompany balancing rules in bulk via configuration package or via export/import

The setup is available via Setup and Maintenance >Manage Intercompany Balancing Rules

There does not seem to be any FBDI available to do this.

How can we load this via the configuration package in the functional setup or is there another way to export and import the rules ?

Please advise.
