Load HMRC XML File Fails When P6 P9 Audit Report Output Format Is Changed to CSV

Summary:

We are using the UK Payroll flow pattern "Load HMRC XML File".

The flow generates the "Inbound Data Audit Report", which uses the layout "P6 P9 Audit Report".

We created a custom copy of the report and customized the layout. Changes made to the template content, such as adding or modifying columns and text, are correctly reflected in the generated output, which confirms that the custom layout is being picked up by the process.

However, when we change the layout output format from TEXT to CSV, the generated output is still produced as a .txt file instead of a .csv file.
