Restrict Edit Plan options access from Supply chain planner role

Summary:

We are trying to restrict the "Edit Plan options" access for particular uses by creating a custom role with only View privileges.

Initially, we created a custom role with Monitor Supply Planning Work area with all inherited policies having a custom duty role "Plan management duty" created which excludes the "Edit Plan options" privilege. But even after removing the respective privilege the user was able to Edit plan options.

Later, we created a new custom role by adding only the View privileges one by one under the "Function Security policies" without adding the Monitor Supply Planning work area privilege. This setup removed the access of the whole "Supply Planning" module from the planner's homescreen.
